These general conditions of sale constitute a single contractual document and contain all contractual relationships between the parties.

OBJECTIVE

Our website is designed to allow you to choose and purchase products or services that we offer for sale online.

Users should select the language in which they wish to access the content online from the options available. Books are available in English only.

PRODUCTS

All content offered on this website is in English.

We offer three types of products:

Plan A – Online access to theory tests for a limited period of 90 days, starting from the registration date.
Plan B – Everything included in Plan A, plus the complete theory book and express shipping via SEUR within 48/72 hours.
Plan C – Everything included in Plans A and B, with the access period extended from 90 to 180 days.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, we are no longer obliged to fulfil our obligations. In such cases, we may either postpone our obligations for the duration of the force majeure or cancel the contract.

Force majeure includes all circumstances beyond our control that wholly or partially prevent us from meeting our obligations. This includes, but is not limited to: strikes, fire, operational disruptions, power failures, failures in (telecommunication) networks or communication systems, website outages, delays or non-delivery by subcontractors or third parties, etc.

PRICES & TAXES

Product prices include applicable taxes (VAT 21%).

ENGLISH DRIVING SCHOOL reserves the right to modify prices on the website at any time. All products will be billed at the current price shown on the website at the time the order is placed.

PAYMENT

Payment by Credit Card

If you choose to pay by credit card, your data will be transmitted securely through the payment gateway managed by the bank (REDSYS of Banco Santander), ensuring greater security and confidentiality through encryption and protection from third-party access.

ENGLISH DRIVING SCHOOL accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). At the end of the purchase process, you will be asked to provide your card number, expiration date, and the security code (a three-digit number on the back of your card, usually located in italics on the signature strip).

ENGLISH DRIVING SCHOOL uses Secure Electronic Commerce (CES), a system that guarantees safe online transactions by verifying the cardholder's identity to prevent fraud.

Accordingly, during the purchase process, you will be redirected to a page where you must enter an authentication code (typically personal information such as your date of birth or child’s name). This process ensures that the user is the legitimate cardholder.

To use this secure payment system, you must first register with your bank. If you have not received a personal password specifically for online payments, please consult your bank.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay using a credit or debit card or bank transfer. It is a secure, fast, and convenient method. ENGLISH DRIVING SCHOOL never has access to your card or bank account details.

Once the payment is successfully completed and validated, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please note, this confirmation is not an invoice. The invoice will be included with the shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they have not completed more than 25% of the tests.

If more than 25% of the tests have been completed, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

Users are informed that, in order to purchase or use the products and services offered on this website, they must first read and, if applicable, accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale. These terms are accessible at all times on the website and may be printed or saved by the user.

LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes or claims between the parties (ENGLISH DRIVING SCHOOL and the User and/or Customer) shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga, Spain.
